Enzian

This room category is dedicated to the alpine flower “Gentian” (lat. Gentiana). This wonderful blue flower is probably one of the best known in Tyrol and makes the Alpine meadows blossom blue in late summer. The blue gentian is a protected species in the Alps. Whereas the yellow gentian is used for distilling the popular gentian schnapps.
