When you arrive, someone from the Augarten team will be waiting for you. You can complete the formalities directly at reception. Please take advantage of the pre-check-in option. You can do this online so that you can start your vacation more quickly.

The most important information about your stay will then be explained to you. Parking, elevator, breakfast and the location of your room.

You will then receive your room card and can enjoy your stay.
