Q: What services are available for active vacationers?

For your active vacation, we provide you with free rental hiking poles for your hikes in the Stubai mountains in summer. You will also receive the free Stubai Super Card, with which you can use all mountain railroads free of charge every day, get a free ride on the summer toboggan run in Mieders and use the region's outdoor and indoor swimming pools every day. You also get a -10% discount on mountain bike rental in our partner sports store. In winter, we organize the ski passes for your all-round carefree skiing vacation, you receive a 10% discount on ski rental in the sports store opposite and you can borrow snowshoes, gaiters and poles free of charge from reception. We also have our own ski room and the free ski bus stops nearby (40 m from our hotel in Neustift).

Q: Can you relax in the hotel after skiing or hiking?

After an active day in the mountains, you can relax in our spa area with 3 themed saunas (Finnish sauna, Alpine herbal sauna and salt sauna), steam bath, infrared cabin, experience shower and relaxation room. Your stay is complemented by our sumptuous breakfast buffet, an evening menu and personal activities with your hosts, such as a morning run together with the hotel manager.

We will reveal the best insider tips for your hikes and mountain bike tours and organize your desired ski pass so that you don't have to queue at the ticket offices of the valley stations. Hotel manager Helga regularly invites her guests to go for a morning run together and hotel manager Stefan gives exciting insights into the most beautiful routes in the Stubaital region in his weekly slide show "Wanderbares Stubaital". In this way, we not only accompany you "sportily active", but also with genuine closeness, personal care and an infectious enthusiasm for the mountains around Neustift.
