Take the bus or your own car to the &#8220;N\u00fcrnberger H\u00fctte&#8221; parking lot. Below the road is the &#8220;Ruetz Katarakt&#8221; access point. From there it is a leisurely walk along the valley floor into the valley.   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoy the barrier-free Wild Water Trail via the Tschangelair Alm to the Grawa waterfall. Treat yourself to a break on the numerous benches and sun loungers and be fascinated by the raging rapids and the &#8220;Grawa Waterfall&#8221;. <\/li>\n<li>If you still have energy, you should definitely climb the two platforms to the right of the waterfall and enjoy the proximity to the cascading water.<br \/>\nLeisurely hikers can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the water on one of the loungers right next to the waterfall.<br \/>\nTake in the impressive spectacle on the sun terrace of the Grawa Alm. From there you have a wonderful view of the waterfall. <\/li>\n<li>Thanks to the numerous bus stops along the way, you can shorten or end the hike whenever you feel like it.<\/li>\n<li>Good hikers should definitely also tackle stage 2 of the Wild Waters Trail.<\/li>\n<li>Start directly at the waterfall via the two platforms up to the Sulzenau-Alm (approx. 1 h) or to the beautifully situated Sulzenau-H\u00fctte (approx. 2 h). Another 20 minutes above is the crystal-clear Blaue Lacke mountain lake &#8211; highly recommended.<br \/>\nOn the way back, we recommend the &#8220;old trail&#8221;, which is easier to descend and makes for a beautiful circular hike. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c23265;\">Hiking tip 2: <\/span><span style=\"color: #c23265;\">SUNNSEITN WAY<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Take the gondola lift in Fulpmes in the Schlick 2000 to the &#8220;Froneben&#8221; middle station.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Always facing the sun, you then head into the valley via the tree house trail and the Alpengasthof Verg\u00f6r. We recommend stopping for a bite to eat there or taking something to drink with you. There is no further option until Neustift.  <\/li>\n<li>From there, continue via the Pfurtschellh\u00f6fe farms to the suspension bridge with the &#8220;Neustiftblick&#8221; natural spectacle.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy the outstanding view of the valley and the magnificent panorama all along the way.<\/li>\n<li>You can also take a circular walk across the suspension bridge directly from the hotel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c23265;\">Hiking tip 3: MARIA WALDRAST<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A wide forest path leads from the mountain station of the Serles cable car up to the Maria Waldrast monastery at 1641 m, the highest monastery in Europe. Where the picturesque pilgrimage church stands today, there was once a small clearing where travelers stopped to rest on their way over the passes &#8211; hence the name Waldrast. According to legend, shepherd boys found the image of the Virgin Mary in a hollow larch trunk on Holy Saturday 1407; at Pentecost of the same year, the Madonna and Child appeared to the woodcutter Christian Lusch right here and asked for a church to be built. In 1409, the Bishop of Brixen granted permission and twenty years later the first chapel was completed. As early as the 16th century, a spring was tapped at the monastery, whose water from the Marienbrunnen fountain is still considered to have healing properties today and is valued by locals and visitors from neighboring countries alike.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Our recommendations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced hikers return to the Ochsenh\u00fctte in Mieders via the panoramic Waldraster J\u00f6chl.<\/li>\n<li>If you prefer a more leisurely trip to the monastery, a small train also runs several times a day from the mountain station to the monastery for a fee.<\/li>\n<li>You shouldn&#8217;t miss out on a tour along the Serles &#8211; Goethe called it the &#8220;high altar of Tyrol&#8221; for good reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c23265;\">Hiking tip 4: BSUCHALM<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Just like the Wild Water Trail, the trail to the Bsuchalm starts at the &#8220;N\u00fcrnberger H\u00fctte&#8221; bus stop. From there, you can take a short, leisurely hike of approx. 45 minutes to the Bsuchalm and enjoy the unspoilt &#8220;Lange Tal&#8221;.<br \/>\nThis mountain hut was recently taken over by a very young, motivated woman from Neustift.<br \/>\nFor those who want more, there is the somewhat difficult and long ascent to the N\u00fcrnberger H\u00fctte (approx. 3 hours). <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c23265;\">Hiking tip 5: KLAUS \u00c4UELE<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>From Kr\u00f6\u00dfbach, bus stop &#8220;Kr\u00f6\u00dfbach Lift&#8221;, the hiking trail leads into the valley on the right over the bridge across the Volderau campsite to the local recreation area &#8220;Klaus \u00c4uele&#8221;.<br \/>\nThe fresh water of the Ruetz flows through the artificially created landscape lake.<br \/>\nThe raft ride is a special highlight for children. The large playground and the Flying Fox are also a magnet. Pack your swimming trunks and towel!<br \/>\nAdults can relax on the sunbathing lawn or a sun lounger. You can stop off at the end of the circular hike at the &#8220;Doadler Alm&#8221; or directly at the playground in the &#8220;Marende St\u00fcberl&#8221;.<br \/>\nIf you still feel like it, you can walk back to Neustift. There are always bus stops. <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c23265;\">Hiking tip 6: STOCKERHOF THROUGH THE TELFER WIESEN<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Take the bus to Telfes. From the bus stop in the village, walk uphill to the Kapfers district to the last parking lot at the Thalerhof. You can also get there by car (parking lot for a fee).<br \/>\nFrom there, a forest path leads out into the beautiful larch meadows. At the first fork in the road, the idyllic path branches off to the left, first a little steeper uphill, then leisurely through forest and meadows. Follow the signs. Walking time approx. 45 minutes.<br \/>\nYou can return the same way or complete the circular walk. Directly from the Stockerhof, a steep path leads down to the Stubaitalbahn railroad line. From there you walk back into the valley along a wide forest path back to the parking lot.     <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a69487;\">Our recommendations<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Your car can also take a vacation in the Stubai Valley.<br \/>\nThe bus connection is perfectly developed. The bus runs every half hour in both directions and you can start almost every hike from a bus stop.<br \/>\nAnd the best thing about it: with the Stubai Super Card you can use the bus in the valley and to Innsbruck free of charge.<br \/>\nThe ride on the Stubai Valley Railway from Fulpmes to Innsbruck is also free of charge.
