Enjoy our traditional Tirolean cuisine and the international dishes in our comfortable dining room with a house bar, the rustic Hunter's Parlour, the winter garden awash with light or our sun terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.


Augarten Pamper Half Board:
With our Augarten Pamper Board, you can expect:

  • Healthy Breakfast Buffet
    ... with tea and coffee varieties, hot chocolate, juices, a large selection of fresh bread, cold cuts buffet, various jams, fruit, muesli, yoghurt, freshly cooked egg dishes and much more.

  • Sweet Afternoon Snack (only valid, if you booked with half board)
    Daily home-made cake (15:00 to 17:00) on our sun terrace or in the winter garden.

  • Varied 5-course-dinner menu with selections (18:00 to 20:00) and crunchy salads from the buffet (only valid, if you booked with half board).

 

When cooking the dishes, we pay attention to highest quality of ingredients and on using regional produce and herbs from our herb garden.

All dairy products come from the Tirolean dairy "Tirolmilch", the various types of bread from the popular Tirolean baker Ruetz, our meat specialities from the regional butcher in Neustift and the game we hunt for ourselves.

Enjoy one of the select wines from our in-house wine cellar with to go with our culinary delicacies.

    For our vegetarian guests we recommend the mouth-watering options on our vegetarian menu.

  • Individually adapted to your preference:
    We'll be happy to cater to your individual requirements (meat specialities...) when preparing our dishes. Please let us know before your arrival.

  • Children's menus:
    Our little guests are pampered with special children's menus during the holidays.

  • Theme nights:
    Look forward to our Tirolean farmers' buffet or Italian buffet (alternating) and our BBQ evening (summer BBQ with hotel chef Stefan or BBQ buffet in winter).
